The MONOCHROME Contest challenged designers to an exercise in simplicity - to design a card using only one colour (and black and white are not colours). On top of this design limitation (which only applies to covers - the inside can be multi-coloured), submissions would also be moderated based on not just design, but card themes that make use of color.
The result was one ot the biggest contests ever held my Foldees, with over 80 designs chosen from more than 200 submissions. Funny what you can do with a simple restriction of colour.
