Description:

The Chinese New Year (the year of the tiger) and Valentine's Day fall on the same day in 2010. This card is a celebration of love and the Year of the Tiger. Since a newborn baby represents the new year, I created tiger cubs to represent the new year or new birth.

Absolutely love the character design and cover. I like the idea for the center but am not sure how great it would be as a printed item. Would the sky be too dark for people to write their message? Would the hearts get in the way of the message? Otherwise, good job :)

Lester,
The ying and yang symbol represents
many natural dualities - e.g. dark and light, female and male, low and high, cold and hot are manifestations of yin and yang. The year of the tiger represents silver and gold _ thus the gold and silver tigers. Yin yang are complementary opposites within a greater realm.
