Both the mouse and table pen represent two geeky people. Both can be clicked ( a tablet pen works like a mouse only in a form of pen which makes drawing very easy), so I thought it's a good idea to use the word 'clicked' which also means communicate or work together easily and readily for the inside of the card. So basically, it means that both the sender and recipient must be two geekies who are familiar with both items.
