The desktop is a device that could not function without either CPU or monitor. The computer could be considered an object the Geek would like to spend their whole day with and some may called it their "wife". The design is a sorry/love message that the Geek would like to deliver to someone they love as much as their desktop and could not be separate. It's just like, can't live without any of one missing or love can't work without any one missing.
