Answer to all your questions: DOMO ARIGATO means, thank you! so on the front page you can see a little girl thanking to a big robot or big robot thanking a little girl. Inside, in the bubble, that is a robot language, but nobody speaks robot (excetpt few STAR WARS fans) so there is translation for it on the other side "You are big robot now!", Something like old saying that we humans have: "You are a big boy now." As I sad, its multiple purpose card.
